Dom is an experienced ICT professional with more than 25 years in the network testing and analysis industry. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise in application and network performance testing across wired, wireless, and mobile environments, helping organisations accurately measure, understand, and optimise their critical infrastructure. His work has consistently focused on enabling customers to achieve reliable application performance in increasingly complex network environments.

In recent years, Dom has broadened his focus into specialised areas of networking and security. For the past five years, he has been heavily involved in DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management), as well as niche security toolsets, with particular emphasis on post-quantum encryption and lawful intercept technologies. Through TDS, he has played a pivotal role in bringing these advanced solutions to the Asia-Pacific region, working closely with strategic partners and vendors.

Dom’s career has seen him move fluidly between highly technical roles and senior leadership positions. He has managed professional services teams, overseen technical operations, and served as a Technical Director responsible for both sales and engineering staff. Despite these leadership responsibilities, Dom remains firmly hands-on, engaging directly in technical work and ensuring he maintains an in-depth understanding of the solutions delivered by TDS and its partners.

In 2012, Dom co-founded his first company, PlexNet Pty Ltd, with Sergio. Built on a strong foundation of technical credibility, PlexNet successfully delivered, supported, and engineered solutions for vendors such as Spirent Communications, Fluke Networks, and VSS Monitoring, among others. This venture provided invaluable insight into the needs of both vendors and customers, and set the stage for the creation of TDS.

In 2020, together with Sergio, Dom established TDS in Sydney, later expanding the business into Singapore alongside Jack. TDS was designed to be a true value-added distributor, offering not only innovative technologies but also the depth of expertise, support, and services required to ensure successful adoption. Under Dom’s leadership, the company has earned a reputation for providing significant value to both vendors and customers, bridging the gap between technology and business outcomes.

Dom has a strong appreciation for the challenges faced by organisations working across multiple verticals, particularly when balancing technology requirements with budgets and project timelines. This understanding shapes his pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, ensuring TDS delivers outcomes that align with customer needs and strategic goals.

Away from his professional commitments, Dom is passionate about travel, both within Australia and overseas. He is equally at home exploring new destinations as he is enjoying the natural beauty of the Australian landscape, often accessible only by 4WD.
