Jack Tan - Founder & CEO (SEA)

Jack Tan is a seasoned technology and business development leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth across the Asia-Pacific region. His career has spanned senior roles with leading global technology providers, where he has consistently delivered results in enterprise sales, business development, and regional market expansion.
Before entering the ICT industry, Jack served for 12 years in the Singapore Armed Forces, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and strategic mindset that have underpinned his professional success. This foundation provided him with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments.
Jack began his commercial career at NCS Group as a Business Development Manager, where he spent over four years building his expertise in enterprise technology solutions. He later joined Fujitsu Asia as Regional Business Development Manager, taking charge of Primergy Series sales and development across the region. Following this, Jack broadened his experience as Sales Manager at Lenovo Singapore, before returning to NCS Group as a Senior Business Development Manager. These roles gave him a strong foundation in both direct and channel sales, as well as in managing complex accounts across multiple verticals.
In 2019, Jack joined EfficientIP as Regional Business Development Manager, where he made significant inroads in establishing the company’s presence in Singapore and the wider region. His success in driving adoption of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) solutions further strengthened his reputation as a trusted advisor in the network infrastructure and security space.
Building on this success, Jack co-founded and launched TDS Singapore in late 2021, alongside the established TDS team in Australia. As Chief Executive Officer, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth strategy across Asia-Pacific, with a focus on delivering niche, business-critical solutions through specialist partners. Under his leadership, TDS Singapore has quickly built a strong reputation for providing value-added distribution, combining innovative technologies with deep technical expertise and dedicated partner support.
Jack is passionate about bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology vendors and the customers who need their solutions most. His hands-on approach, regional knowledge, and commitment to partner success continue to drive TDS Singapore’s growth and expansion across the APAC marketplace.
