Sergio is a highly experienced professional with close to 30 years in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry, where he has developed a strong reputation for his business acumen, customer focus, and ability to deliver consistent results. His career spans both entrepreneurial ventures and senior corporate roles, giving him a unique perspective on the technology landscape.

Before relocating to Australia, Sergio successfully owned and managed a technology business in South Africa. This experience not only gave him a deep understanding of the operational and financial challenges facing small-to-medium enterprises but also taught him the importance of building enduring customer relationships and delivering measurable value.

On moving to Australia, Sergio joined Fluke Networks as a Business Development Manager based in Sydney. Over more than a decade with the company, he played a pivotal role in growing the business across the country, forging partnerships with key stakeholders, and establishing long-term growth strategies. His ability to combine strategic insight with hands-on execution allowed him to consistently exceed expectations while positioning Fluke Networks as a trusted leader in the Australian market.

In 2012, Sergio co-founded PlexNet Pty Ltd with Dom, establishing a solutions-driven business focused on addressing customer challenges rather than simply selling products.

In 2020, drawing on his wealth of industry knowledge, Sergio co-founded TDS with Dom. The vision was clear: to build a niche distribution company that goes beyond traditional product supply and focuses instead on delivering true value-added support. Under Sergio’s leadership, TDS has developed a reputation for its integrity, solution-driven approach, and partner-first mindset.
